Where do I get a Blue Badge from?

You can get the Blue Badge from Social Services.  You will require 2 Passport size Pictures and £2.  We have the forms in the DISC office.

To get one you will either need to be on the Higher Rate Mobility part of DLA or get a letter from your Doctor.
